Transportation Scheduling Program

The Transportation Scheduling Program is used for: facilitating scheduling transportation of patients to/from doctor and/or hospital appointments. A pool of volunteer van drivers is maintained and matched to the special needs of patients scheduled for appointments and displaying the Daily Driver Schedule to show the scheduling status for the current day. The program is also used for producing weekly and monthly summary reports of patient transportation activity.

Process Improvement Tracker Program

Six Sigma is a company that trains its client’s employees in methods that reduce production costs through process measurement, analysis, improvement and control. A client company engages Six Sigma to train its employees. A client’s employee that receives Six Sigma Training becomes a "Blackbelt." The Process Improvement Tracker is a windows-based program that manages a Six Sigma client database. A client database contains information about a client, its business units, plants, employees, and projects.
